The following instructions will prepare you for a remote support session.

  1. In Safari, navigate to http://help.menortech.com/
  2. In the Join with a code box, type the code that was sent to you for your session, then click the right-pointing arrow.

  3. You are prompted with two choices. Click the top Download App button.

  4. The page indicates that it is downloading and the application downloads.
  5. Near the top of Safari, click the downloads icon.
  6. Double-click the file: Menor Technical Services ScreenConnect Client to launch it.

  7. You are prompted to confirm. Click Open.

    If you are prompted that the file is from an "Unidentified developer," use the following instructions:
    1. Click the Downloads folder next to your Trash icon. A menu expands.
    2. Click Open in Finder. The finder window opens.

    3. On your keyboard, hold the Control key down while clicking the Menor Technical Services ScreenConnect Client app. A shortcut menu opens.

    4. Click Open.
    5. Click Open.

  8. You are connected to the support session.
