You may need to perform the following steps so that we can provide you with full support during your remote support call.
- Click the System Preferences icon -- usually in your Dock.
The System Preferences window opens. - Click Security & Privacy.
- If necessary, click the Privacy tab.
- Scroll to and select Accessibility.
The right-hand pane updates, but is dimmed. - Click the padlock icon in the bottom left of the window.
You are prompted to log in. - Type the password that you use to log into your computer.
The right-hand pane updates to be clickable. - Click to CHECK the checkbox next to the two red rectangles icon. It should be named similar to connectwisecontr....
