You may need to perform the following steps so that we can provide you with full support during your remote support call.


  1. Click the System Preferences icon -- usually in your Dock.
    The System Preferences window opens.
  2. Click Security & Privacy.
  3. If necessary, click the Privacy tab.
  4. Scroll to and select Accessibility.
    The right-hand pane updates, but is dimmed.
  5. Click the padlock icon in the bottom left of the window.
    You are prompted to log in.
  6. Type the password that you use to log into your computer.
    The right-hand pane updates to be clickable.
  7. Click to CHECK the checkbox next to the two red rectangles icon. It should be named similar to connectwisecontr....
